Creatine: what the kidney research found

If your goal is weight management, keep your focus on meals, water, movement, and a simple weekly scale trend instead of a single weigh-in.
L-carnitine: what to expect
The supplied material includes L-carnitine research, but it was not a study of Native Creatine itself. See the full L-carnitine trial.
NativePath says people who are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medicines should consult a healthcare professional before use. See the levocarnitine page for its current information.
L-leucine: what is known from this label
L-leucine is an amino acid. The label lists L-leucine at 2 g per scoop. The supplied ingredient material discusses its role in muscle-related pathways but does not provide a published human side-effect frequency for the formula’s 2 g amount. If you have questions about how the full three-ingredient blend fits your health history, bring the supplement facts panel to your clinician or pharmacist.
Is Native Creatine hard on the kidneys?
NativePath says people with a medical condition or who take medicines should consult a healthcare professional before use. If you have kidney disease, reduced kidney function, or kidney monitoring, ask the clinician managing that care before adding creatine.
This is also a sensible point to keep a photo of the label and a short routine log. Note your scoop, water intake, meals, movement, and any symptoms. That gives you and your clinician a clear starting point if a question comes up.
Who should ask before using it?
NativePath says people who are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medicines should speak with a healthcare professional before use.
- Pregnant or nursing people
- People with a medical condition
- People taking regular medicines

What medicines should you ask about?
NativePath says people who take medicines should speak with a healthcare professional before use. Your pharmacist can check your exact medicine list and the label together.
How can you fit it into a sensible daily routine?
Follow the maker’s direction of one scoop daily mixed into a beverage. Do not add an extra scoop to make up for a missed day. Start on a day when you can notice how you feel, and keep the rest of your routine steady: regular meals with protein, enough water, movement that suits you, and simple tracking.
- Take a photo of the supplement facts panel.
- Mix one scoop into water, tea, coffee, or a smoothie as the maker directs.
- Have a normal meal pattern instead of using a powder to replace meals.
- Track stomach comfort, water intake, movement, and your weekly scale trend.
- Stop using it and get medical help for signs of an allergic reaction, such as rash, hives, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Can it help if you are always tired?
NativePath markets Native Creatine for stamina, but persistent fatigue has many possible causes. For general information about fatigue, see MedlinePlus. If tiredness lasts for weeks, contact a healthcare provider rather than assuming one supplement will explain or solve it.
