How a page earns your trust
Our pages are built to help you make sense of weight, appetite, cravings, the scale, a product label, its price and its refund terms. The editorial team starts with the question you are trying to answer, then checks the maker’s information and independent research before explaining what is known.
Each page appears under the New Life Wellness Guide Editorial Team byline. The team researches published information; it does not examine patients, run a clinic or lab, or test products. A credentialed reviewer is named only when that person actually reviewed the page. You can read more about the process in our editorial policy.
What we check before we write
For a weight-management supplement, the team reads the maker’s product page and supplement facts panel. That includes the ingredients, stated dose, package options, price, guarantee and refund terms. The page records when those details were shown, because offers and terms can change.
For a question about appetite or cravings, the team looks for government and medical sources, such as the NIH, FDA, CDC and MedlinePlus, along with published studies on the subject or ingredient. For an energy and fitness routine, the research may cover the ingredient in question and place it alongside meals, water, movement and tracking rather than treating it as a stand-alone answer. For foot or nail health questions, the team checks reliable medical and government information on the topic, then reads a maker’s label and stated purpose when a specific product is involved.
Research is reported plainly. A maker’s claim is identified as the maker’s claim. A study finding is described as that study’s finding, and a study of an ingredient is not presented as proof about every product containing it. Sources are linked in the sentence that relies on them.
A second check and a clear update path
Before publication, another person checks the page against its sources. Prices, guarantees and refund terms include the date they were seen. Pages are updated when facts change. If you spot a material error, you can report it through our contact page; material errors are corrected under the site’s corrections policy.

The goal is to give you information that helps you decide what to look into and what questions to prepare. It is not individual medical, legal or financial advice.
